Role OverviewThe Inventory Specialist plays an essential role in our mission to provide accessible veterinary care to pets in our community. This role works closely with hospital leadership and medical staff to support high-quality patient care through effective inventory management, support of online and in-house pharmacy workflows, and coordination of medical and diagnostic equipment care.
What You Will Do
Manage all aspects of hospital inventory, ensure inventory accuracy, regulatory compliance, and proper handling, storage, documentation, and disposal of pharmaceuticals and controlled substances. Oversee pharmacy operations, monitor pharmaceutical updates, recalls, and safety alerts, and coordinate maintenance, repair, calibration, and performance monitoring of veterinary medical equipment.

Requirements
- Veterinary experience and inventory management experience preferred.

- Weekday availability required; no weekend work.
- Must be 18 years of age or older with reliable transportation, including during inclement weather.
