Role OverviewThe Inventory Specialist will support production and receiving operations by ensuring inventory accuracy, resolving discrepancies, and driving continuous improvement across inventory processes. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can work independently and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team-driven environment.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include leading and supporting end-of-month and year-end inventory activities, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies, tracking and correcting scanning and transaction errors, and maintaining accurate inventory transactions across systems.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse, or manufacturing environment
- Experience with inventory counts, reconciliation, and audit processes
- Familiarity with inventory systems such as ADP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Yard Management, or similar
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data tracking and audits
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify and correct process issues
- Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards preferred
