Role Overview

The Inventory Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day management and control of the company's inventory, ensuring accurate inventory levels are maintained to meet operational needs while minimizing excess stock and preventing shortages. This role will work closely with Procurement, Operations, and Logistics to ensure inventory processes are efficient, accurate, and aligned with business needs.

What You Will Do

Collaborate with management, administrative, operations, maintenance, and construction teams to align inventory levels with operational needs. Communicate effectively with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve inventory-related issues. Use RF unit to scan incoming shipments, keep strict batch records, and rotate stock as needed.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in NetSuite and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret inventory data, identify discrepancies, and make informed operational decisions
