Role OverviewAs an Inventory Supervisor at Arvato, you will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency and inventory accuracy across all warehouse functions. This position requires a hands-on leader who can oversee shipping, receiving, and traffic management while collaborating with multiple departments to maintain seamless workflows.
What You Will Do
Oversee inventory management activities, work closely with all departments to coordinate inventory-related tasks, monitor and evaluate employee performance, develop and maintain cycle count and inventory control processes, and update and maintain warehouse management systems.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory management environment
- APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) certification preferred
- Proficiency with SAP, WMS, and other warehouse management systems
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel, and Windows operating systems
- Excellent mathematical skills for inventory analysis and management
- Knowledge of traffic coordination and experience managing large volumes of orders
- Experience with Cherry Picker/Reach Truck operation
