Job Description
Inventory Technicians are responsible for providing the Astreya user experience. This role entails handling inventory and asset management, conference room preventative maintenance, and e-recycling, as well as providing customer support and deploying laptop and desktop images. The role is introductory to IT services and requires minimal oversight.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 8+ years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Ability to work in a large team with minimal supervision
