Job Description
The State of Florida is seeking an Investigation Specialist II to analyze and investigate complaints for alleged violations of Florida Statutes and Board Rules. The role involves reviewing complaints, conducting investigations, interviewing witnesses, and providing reports. This position is part of the Bureau of Compliance within the Division of Condominiums, Timeshares and Mobile Homes and is a part of the investigative team.

Requirements

  • Review complaint forms to determine legal sufficiency
  • Analyze complaints to determine if sufficient evidence was provided
  • Conduct fact-finding interviews and take statements
  • Gather evidence
  • Write accurate investigative reports, memos and correspondence
  • Perform other related duties and assignments as required
