Role OverviewThe Investigations Manager supervises investigators in their investigation and response to complaints of abuse and neglect, ensuring compliance with M.G.L. Chapter 19C requirements and CPPD regulations. They provide guidance and consultation to investigators and work with CPPD Program Units to ensure the alleged victim's safety.

Requirements

- Proven experience supervising, evaluating, and mentoring investigative personnel
- Deep working knowledge of state government operations and relevant statutes, specifically M.G.L. c. 19C
- Expertise in standard investigative practices, evidence gathering, and professional report writing
- Analytical agility with the ability to process complex information rapidly in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and responsiveness to leadership directives
- Proficiency in modern workplace computer applications and database systems
