Requirements

  • Manage caseload of investigations involving complaints of employee misconduct and underperformance.
  • Conduct fact-finding interviews of subjects and witnesses.
  • Conduct fieldwork, including surveillance, quality-assurance checks, and undercover operations.
  • Researching public records, gathering and reviewing documentary evidence.
  • Analyzing and interpreting rules, regulations, codes and policies.
  • Testing administrative hearings and criminal trials.
  • Conducting background investigations of employees, contractors and registrants.
  • Conducting training compliance field audits.
