Job Description
The Texas Workforce Commission is seeking an experienced investigator with strong writing skills to join their FDCM/Program Investigations Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting complex investigative work, analyzing data, and drawing evidence-based conclusions to support decision-making or reporting.
Requirements
One year and six months of full-time experience performing auditing or investigating work; or unemployment insurance claims examiner tasks; or gathering of information, interviewing, counseling or in the instruction, demonstration, and interpretation of policies in a public or private enterprise.
Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position.
Investigative experience
Knowledge of TWC programs, specifically Child Care
Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
Bilingual, English/Spanish speaker
