Job Description
The Texas Workforce Commission is seeking an experienced investigator with strong writing skills to join their FDCM/Program Investigations Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting complex investigative work, analyzing data, and drawing evidence-based conclusions to support decision-making or reporting.

Requirements

  • One year and six months of full-time experience performing auditing or investigating work; or unemployment insurance claims examiner tasks; or gathering of information, interviewing, counseling or in the instruction, demonstration, and interpretation of policies in a public or private enterprise.
  • Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position.
  • Investigative experience
  • Knowledge of TWC programs, specifically Child Care
  • Excellent communication, verbal and written skills
  • Bilingual, English/Spanish speaker
