Requirements

  • One year and six months of full-time experience performing auditing or investigating work, unemployment insurance claims examiner tasks, or gathering of information, interviewing, counseling, or in the instruction, demonstration, and interpretation of policies in a public or private enterprise.
  • Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position.
  • One year of full-time in-service TWC experience classified as an Investigator II with regular status will satisfy the minimum qualifications.
