Job Description
Security Benefit is seeking an Investment Accounting Transformation Consultant to support a multi-year, finance-wide initiative to migrate the general ledger from legacy PeopleSoft to Oracle system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in Investment Accounting, preferably within insurance or financial services
  • Strong knowledge of investment accounting processes, including general ledger activity, product allocations, and reconciliations
  • Experience supporting or leading ERP or ledger conversion projects (PeopleSoft, Oracle, or similar)
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a consultative, senior advisor role across business and technical teams
