Job Description
Investment Analyst to provide analytical support to the Investments team across acquisitions, dispositions, and due diligence for commercial real estate investments.
Requirements
1–2 years of direct real estate investment modeling experience (acquisitions, investment sales, REPE, or advisory)
Strong proficiency in Excel and Argus
Strong technical underwriting skills and analytical skills
Solid understanding of real estate finance and capital markets
Proactive, self-starter with the ability to take initiative
Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, accounting, or a related field required
Prior commercial real estate transaction experience preferred
