Role OverviewThe Investment Analyst plays a key role within the Investments' team, contributing across Acquisitions & Development, Asset Management, and Debt Capital Markets functions. The Analyst provides underwriting, financial modeling, and analytical support for new investments and developments, as well as for the ongoing performance and financing of Article's national student housing portfolio.
What You Will Do
Assist in underwriting new acquisition and development opportunities, contribute to the preparation of investment committee materials, and provide support in the transaction processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in real estate investment, development, brokerage, investment banking, or related field
- Foundational knowledge of financial modeling, discounted cash flow (DCF) analysis, and joint-venture waterfall structures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to build and manage complex financial models
