Role OverviewThe Investment Analyst & Operations Coordinator supports the investment function through the preparation of portfolio reporting, investment analysis, and operational coordination activities. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate investment data across systems, producing recurring and ad hoc reporting for internal stakeholders and investment committees, and supporting the execution and documentation of investment transactions.
What You Will Do
Prepare and maintain recurring investment reports, support investment analytics and forecasting, maintain data integrity across investment systems, develop and distribute Investment Advisory Group (IAG) and Investment Committee (IC) materials, collaborate with accounting and external managers, assist with compliance and governance processes, and participate in ad hoc analysis and special projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university
- Five to ten years of related experience and/or training
- Successful completion of the Life Office Management Association (LOMA) certifications and designations
- Evidence of professional level of achievement such as an MBA or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)
- Excellent presentation and relationship management skills
- Knowledge and experience in multiple asset classes
- Ability to develop and implement risk management frameworks
