Role OverviewOur Investment Banking and Capital Markets business provides the full range of investment banking products and services for large-cap and mid-cap corporates and financial sponsors. We are seeking an experienced Vice President in M&A to play a pivotal role in executing and managing high-profile transactions.
What You Will Do
Assist in the origination and execution of M&A transactions, lead and manage all aspects of the deal process, and coordinate internally across products and with external parties on transactions.

Requirements
- Experience working with senior level management
- Ability to build trusted relationships with clients
- Experience in originating, executing and structuring public and private M&A transactions
- Established experience providing quantitative and analytical support for M&A transactions
- Ability to perform detailed financial modeling and valuation analyses on public and private companies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to present to internal constituents and external clients effectively and with confidence
- Currently a Vice President in the M&A department of a bulge bracket investment bank or boutique advisory firm
- Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred)
- Series 79 and 63 licenses
- Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimize workflows
