What You Will Do
Execute transactions, develop financial analyses, perform valuation and pricing analyses, create presentations, and build relationships with clients. Train and develop analysts, and perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements
- 2+ Years of Investment Banking experience with a strong focus on M&A
- Experience advising clients in the Energy space is preferred
- Excellent analytical and modeling skills
- High energy with strong interpersonal, accounting and finance skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong commitment to respecting and safeguarding confidential information
- Commitment to working hard
- Extraordinary focus on work quality and attention to detail
- Adherence to regulatory requirements
