What You Will Do
Execute transactions, develop financial analyses, perform valuation and pricing analyses, create presentations, plan and execute live engagements, coordinate business due diligence, perform industry research, train analysts, build relationships with clients, and perform other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements
- 2+ Years of Investment Banking experience with a strong focus on M&A
- Experience advising clients in the Energy space is preferred
- Excellent analytical and modeling skills
- High energy with strong interpersonal, accounting and finance skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
- Strong commitment to respecting and safeguarding confidential information
