What You Will Do
Conduct complex valuation analysis, prepare detailed reports on company prospects, and develop financial models using Excel and PowerPoint. Perform comprehensive sector analysis, including evaluating macroeconomic trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive dynamics. Collaborate with senior team members in executing transaction processes, including due diligence and drafting and negotiating confidentiality agreements.

Requirements
