Role OverviewAs an Investment Banking Expert - Evaluator, you will design precise grading criteria, score AI-generated and human work samples, and apply consistent judgment to ensure scores are reproducible and defensible. You will work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines while improving AI model performance. This role is a contract position, and you will be working remotely.
What You Will Do
Your main day-to-day responsibilities will include designing grading criteria, scoring work samples, and providing detailed written justifications for every score. You will also incorporate feedback from senior reviewers and iterate quickly on your work.

- 2+ years of professional investment banking experience (associate level or above)
- Background at leading global investment banks or elite advisory boutiques in M&A, coverage, or capital markets
- Deep fluency in three-statement and transaction modeling (DCF, LBO, comparables, merger math)
- Exceptionally strong written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and comfortable having your judgment reviewed and calibrated against peers
