Job Description
Direct Counsel is seeking an Investment Management Associate Attorney to join a nationally recognized Investment Management Practice Group at a highly respected Am Law firm. The ideal candidate will have experience advising registered investment companies and investment advisers on regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters.
Requirements
J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials
3–8 years of substantive investment management experience
Strong knowledge of federal securities laws and regulations governing investment companies and investment advisers
Experience representing registered investment companies required
