Role Overview

Investment Operations Specialist is responsible for the full operational lifecycle of a member's investment accounts, from application to ongoing rebalancing. The role requires running all four core functions independently and training Associates on them. The Specialist will work directly with members and Certified Financial Planners, identifying process breaks and owning the fix within approval limits.

What You Will Do

The Investment Operations Specialist will run all four core functions independently, including Trading, Transfers, Account Lifecycle, and Investment Experience. They will also train at least one Associate on one of these functions, own the trading process end to end, and guide accounts from approved application to fully invested.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in investment operations, brokerage operations, or a comparable financial services role
  • Deep familiarity with custodial or clearing platforms and core brokerage workflows
  • Series 7, 63, or 65/66 required; FinTech, RIA, or broker-dealer experience a plus
