Mercor is seeking a Retail Investment Research Specialist to research stocks, sectors, and market trends, formulate investment theses, and provide feedback on AI-generated insights.
Requirements
Active participation in public markets (equities, ETFs, or similar instruments)
Demonstrated habit of researching and tracking investments independently
Ability to explain why a stock is moving or whether a move matters
Strong intuition for market sentiment, narratives, and behavioral patterns
Comfort using platforms such as Reddit, X (Twitter), Google Finance, Yahoo Finance, TradingView, or similar
Clear written communication skills and ability to express investment reasoning
