Role OverviewThe Talent Acquisition Partner delivers full-cycle recruiting support across assigned business areas, primarily supporting non-Executive Officer hiring. Working in partnership with senior Talent Acquisition team members, this role develops and executes recruiting strategies, builds diverse talent pipelines, and provides an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring leaders throughout the hiring process.
What You Will Do
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for professional and individual contributor positions, including kick off meetings, sourcing, candidate assessment, interview coordination, offer development, and onboarding support.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- At least 5-10 years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and build strong relationships with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, candidate assessment, and relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities with strong attention to detail
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (Workday preferred)
