Job Description
The Invoice Specialist position supports the Finance Department by performing daily invoice processing and accounts receivable functions. The role involves creating and delivering accurate invoices, processing fuel surcharges and other expenses, and providing exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or related field
  • Five years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in computer applications and Excel
