Role OverviewAn Invoicing Specialist will work out of the St. Petersburg, FL office, following the direction of the Deputy Controller and working closely with the Finance Team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting, finance, or customer service within the IT or government contracting industries.
What You Will Do
Prepare customer invoices daily, process credit card payments and refunds, resolve payment discrepancies, and assist with ad-hoc reporting. The Invoicing Specialist will also verify the accuracy of billing data, support the revenue cycle, and develop a comprehensive understanding of federal procurement practices.

Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Associates or bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Ability to creatively solve challenging problems
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator that can work without direct supervision or detailed direction
