Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience
- 2 years of work experience (preferred)
- Experience in providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- Excellent data entry, telephone & PC skills; MS Office Suite
- Ability to quickly understand new technology
- Proficient in Excel with the ability to create, format, calculate and report
- Good verbal and written communications
- Strong problem solving, analytical and presentation capabilities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and ensure assignments are delivered on time
