Role Overview

The IPM Technician is a key player at Pest-End, responsible for executing Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies that ensure effective pest control while minimizing environmental impact. This role demands a hands-on approach in various settings, thorough knowledge of pest biology, and strong customer service skills.

What You Will Do

Accurately identify pests and assess infestation levels to determine effective treatment plans. Apply chemical and non-chemical treatments safely and effectively, adhering to all regulatory requirements. Regularly monitor pest activity and modify treatment strategies based on site-specific dynamics and client feedback.

Requirements

  • State pesticide applicators license to show those pests who's boss. - Paid training, and state certifications provided for non-licensed new hires
  • Pass the pre-employment background check.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work full-time, with overtime during our busy season.
