Role OverviewThe IPT Scrum Master / Principal Scrum Master will support two distinct Integrated Product Teams (IPT's) focus on Computer and Radar System product deliveries. The role will involve managing and overseeing an Agile framework driving operational excellence in product deliveries.
What You Will Do
Manage and maintain Jira boards, lead routine team standup meetings, plan, coordinate, and execute planning events, prepare and track performance metrics, provide guidance and help educate the team in Agile processes.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate should have a strong foundational knowledge of Agile principles and processes, experience with the application of Agile principles within IPT structures with product deliveries containing Software and Hardware configuration items, and the ability to travel up to 10%.
Requirements
- Active U.S. Government Secret security clearance at time of application
- Experience with Atlassian tool set (JIRA, Confluence)
- Experience with Scrum and Kanban
- Familiar with Systems Engineering principles
- Ability to travel up to 10%
