Role OverviewPerform accurate cycle counts of inventory, including high-elevation inventory, to support inventory accuracy goals and overall warehouse efficiency.
What You Will Do
Routinely cycle count inventory, use RF scanners, operate forklift reach trucks, verify Handling Unit quantities, and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months to 1 year of forklift reach truck experience
- Comfortable working at high elevations (stock pickers, high racking)
- 6 months to 1 year of experience using RF scanning equipment
- Basic clerical skills: reading, writing, typing, and spelling
- Must weigh under 400 lbs. and be no taller than 6’10” to operate stock pickers
- Ability to work at heights and handle physical warehouse tasks as needed
- Valid experience operating forklift reach trucks (minimum 6 months to 1 year)
- Comfortable working at high elevations on stock pickers or elevated platforms
- Experience with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory counting
- Basic clerical and communication skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and standing for long periods
