Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Irrigation Manager to join our team, a role crucial to our commitment to delivering top-tier irrigation services. The successful candidate will ensure excellence in installation, maintenance, and overall system functionality, contributing to our reputation for quality and reliability.

What You Will Do

Lead and supervise a team of irrigation technicians, train and develop effective irrigation teams, plan and manage daily tasks and assignments for the team, conduct comprehensive irrigation inspections, develop irrigation mappings, prepare proposals for irrigation repairs and upgrades, oversee and participate in the installation of irrigation systems, manage irrigation installation projects, oversee material management and inventory, conduct audits and inspections, implement quality control measures.

2-3 years of experience in irrigation installation, proficiency in reading and interpreting irrigation plans, experience leading a team of 5 or more, strong knowledge of irrigation systems and equipment, proficiency in using management software, exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, commitment to safety and quality, ability to build and manage effective teams, knowledge of inventory management practices, experience in handling client interactions and concerns, proven experience in irrigation management.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in irrigation installation

  • Strong knowledge of irrigation systems and equipment, including 2-wire systems
  • Proficiency in using management software, particularly Aspire
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in handling client interactions and concerns
  • Proven experience in irrigation management, including team leadership and scheduling
