Job Description
Sun City Hilton Head is seeking a full-time Irrigation Technician to perform preventative maintenance on the irrigation system, determine wet and dry areas, and report any serious irrigation breaks.

Requirements

  • Perform preventative maintenance on the irrigation system
  • Determine wet and dry areas for adjustments of sprinkler heads
  • Properly inventory and stock all irrigation parts and tools
  • Maintain a working knowledge of pump station maintenance requirements
  • Operate, maintain, and repair a complex irrigation system
  • Prioritize irrigation breaks and use time efficiently
  • Conduct monthly checks of all sprinkler heads
  • Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
