Role OverviewThe Irrigation Technician is responsible for the installation, repairs, and upkeep of watering systems, including sprinklers and drip lines, to ensure the property is in phenomenal shape.
What You Will Do
Identify and troubleshoot water line repairs, design and implement irrigation systems, analyze water loss and pressure, repair and replace broken lines and valves, and service and clean irrigation equipment.

This position requires detail orientation, time management, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work outside and lift 50 pounds on an intermittent basis.
Requirements
- Must be able to stand for longer than eight (8) hours.
- Must be able to move fifty (50) pounds on an intermittent basis.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, lift, push, pull, reach, twist, walk, crouch, and squat.
- Must be able to speak, hear, and see.
- Must be able to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
- Must possess reasonable ability to communicate in English.
- Must have employment eligibility in the United States.
