Job Description
The IS Program Manager – Change Readiness will lead the development and operationalization of a system-wide change readiness program to enable successful clinical technology platform implementations, upgrades, and optimizations. The Program Manager will establish and govern structured processes for planning and coordination of readiness activities, ensuring alignment with operational needs, patient safety, and organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field
  • 5 years of proven experience as a Senior Project Manager or related role in the IT or Healthcare industry
  • Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies and tools
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Proven experience in risk management and mitigation strategies
  • Familiarity with Cerner Millennium, Epic, PeopleSoft/Fusion, and ServiceNow
  • Project Management (PMP) certification is desirable
