Job Description
The Workday Analyst is responsible for the configuration, administration, optimization, and ongoing support of the Workday platform. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to ensure Workday solutions align with business needs, support operational efficiency, and maintain data integrity.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, engineering or equivalent related experience.
2 – 5 years of Workday experience.
Strong understanding of Workday business processes, security, and reporting.
Experience supporting at least one core Workday module (HCM, Payroll, Financials, etc.).
Three to five years of experience in an Information Systems environment.
Outstanding Written and Verbal communications skills; able to articulate complex technical topics for non-technical audiences.
Strong personal ownership with the ability to set and meet high professional standards.
Ability to analyze complex situations and develop creative solutions.
Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong Organization Skills.
Ability to interact with non-IS associates and management on projects.
Ability to plan and organize work to meet pre-established deadlines.
Ability to work with peers, associates and all levels of management; ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment, ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
