Role OverviewWe are seeking an iSeries Operations Specialist (Night Shift) to help ensure the reliability and continuity of our production technology environment by monitoring IBM i (iSeries) systems and web environments, executing nightly production processes, managing system backups, supporting production deployments, and responding to operational issues.
What You Will Do
Monitor production IBM i (iSeries) systems and web servers to ensure scheduled processes are running as expected. Perform scheduled nightly production system updates and processing activities in accordance with documented procedures. Update live data on designated websites as part of scheduled nightly operations.

- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly document issues and actions taken.
- Familiarity with Windows 11 and general computer hardware and software.
- Previous experience in computer operations, production support, data processing, or a related environment is helpful.
- Experience with IBM i (iSeries/AS400), Jira, system backups, or production operations is beneficial but not required.
