Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT support field
  • Experience in managing first- and second-level support processes
  • System administration skills (Windows, macOS, Linux)
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Server and workstation installation, configuration, and support
  • Technical equipment support (laptops, printers, scanners)
  • Monitoring and incident management system experience
  • Knowledge of information security principles
