Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused IT Support Technician to join our Information Technology team. This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining communication, audio/video, and internet/intranet technologies across the organization.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support or a related technical role
  • Experience supporting communication systems and end-user technologies preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with employees, vendors, and executives
  • Ability to provide professional and effective support to end users
