Job Description
The IT Apps Development Lead will be responsible for supervising a team of software engineers, designing and developing applications, and ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the GDOT applications. The role requires a high-level subject matter expert with experience in managing a team, software development, and IT project management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Information Technology or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in an IT management role, IT technical lead role, or Project management role
  • Technical certifications preferred
  • Ability to resolve issues and exhibit strong initiative
  • Excellent planning, training, and follow-up skills and analytical abilities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Strong project management and leadership skills
