Role OverviewThe IT Asset Management (ITAM) Coordinator supports the operational execution of enterprise IT asset lifecycle management across hardware, peripherals, and related services. This role ensures asset data accuracy, process adherence, and vendor coordination within a ServiceNow ITAM and CMDB environment.
What You Will Do
Execute daily IT asset lifecycle activities, maintain accurate asset records in ServiceNow ITAM / CMDB, and support asset reconciliation between physical inventory, ServiceNow, and vendor data.

Requirements
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or equivalent experience

- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Experience coordinating with vendors or third-party providers
