Job Description
Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic IT Asset Specialist to manage the end to end lifecycle of hardware assets, including tracking inventory, locating missing assets, optimizing costs, and supporting IT policies and governance. Requirements

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in IT service management
  • High proficiency in technology and data analytics tools used for asset tracking, reporting, and performance optimization
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to clearly explain strategies, risks, and results to clients and leadership
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices; ITIL certification (v3 or v4) is highly desirable
