Requirements

• Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders and end users to understand the current state, collect and document business needs and objectives.
• Data Analysis: Analyze existing business processes and data to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Solution Development: Propose and develop solutions that align with organizational goals.
• Facilitating Communication: Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of requirements and project updates.
• Project Management: Organize and manage resources to achieve the goals within the defined scope, plan, and budget.
• Project Documentation: Develop comprehensive project documentation throughout the application/project lifecycle.
• Testing and Validation: Oversee testing solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
• Direct Support, Coaching and Training: Provide direct support, coaching, and training to users regarding changes within the organization.
• Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the performance of solutions and report on their effectiveness.
