Role OverviewThe IT Business Analyst is responsible for a broad range of IT support for both infrastructure and application environments. This position works in a broad set of end-to-end technology solutions and requires superior service to our end user community by proactively communicating and ensuring that desired customer outcomes are achieved. The role involves responsibilities spanning across multiple disciplines covering Enterprise systems, Applications, Cloud Services, and SaaS-based solutions.
What You Will Do
The IT Business Analyst will ensure system conformity with architectural objectives and system's production readiness and supportability. They will support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of multi-platform systems hardware, software, and components. Additionally, they will document, implement, and maintain computer applications and systems, collaborate with the business to develop dashboards and reports, and provide daily production support as issues arise.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 0-2 years of IT experience (Level I)
- 2-5 years of IT experience (Level II)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
