Requirements

  • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
  • Gather and analyze requirements using interviews, workshops, document review, process analysis, and workflow modeling
  • Participate in end-user support for production systems and business processes
  • Create user acceptance test plans and lead effort to successfully perform user acceptance testing
  • Provide end user training on technology initiatives and application systems and enhancements
  • Ensure consistent compliance with customer standards, safety/OSHA and quality standards/HACCP and GMP standards
