The engineer will work closely with users, IT infrastructure teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to resolve technical issues, deliver IT projects, improve service quality, and drive standardization and automation across the client environment.

Requirements

- Strong hands-on experience with Windows PC and laptop hardware, operating systems, peripherals, and enterprise applications
- Experience supporting mobile devices and enterprise mobility environments
- Experience with printer deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Experience supporting meeting rooms, video conferencing, or collaboration technologies
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues across hardware, software, network, and application layers
- Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users
