Job Description
The New York City Department of Design and Construction, Technology & Innovation Division, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Contracts and Procurement Specialist to support the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for technology-related goods and services, ensuring compliance with the NYC Procurement Policy Board (PPB) Rules, local laws, and agency policies.

Requirements

  • Manage and track IT contracts, including initiation, renewals, amendments, and closeouts.
  • Coordinate procurement activities in compliance with PPB Rules, NYC Local Laws, and agency procedures.
  • Work with program staff to define requirements and develop solicitation documents (RFPs, RFQs, task orders, etc.).
