Role Overview

The IT Data Analyst supports the Missouri Attorney General's Office by collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data to enhance decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen case management. This role provides analytical support across all Missouri Attorney General Office divisions to ensure data accuracy, transparency, and actionable insights that advance the Office's mission to serve Missouri citizens.

What You Will Do

Develop, maintain, and optimize datasets, databases, and reporting systems that support investigative, legal, and administrative functions. Analyze trends across case activity, complaint patterns, litigation outcomes, and statewide enforcement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate data into clear narratives for non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work with confidential information and maintain strict adherence to data security protocols

Benefits

  • Salary range is $55,000 to $65,000, commensurate with education and experience
