Role OverviewThe IT Deployment Specialist is responsible for supporting technology deployments, acquisitions, and field operations across the organization. This position is heavily travel-based and serves as a key member of the IT Deployment team by performing facility scanning, supporting network cutovers, installing and validating IT infrastructure, and responding to critical field requests nationwide.
What You Will Do
Perform 3D facility scanning using specialized mapping equipment to capture building layouts for network and architectural design. Verify scan accuracy and upload collected data for engineering and architectural teams. Assist with acquisition and new site go-live activities. Coordinate and execute network cutovers from legacy infrastructure to new environments.

Requirements
- Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, routers and switches, wireless networking, network cabling, POS systems and peripheral devices.
- Experience troubleshooting Windows-based hardware and common IT peripherals.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Comfortable using ladders and working in various business environments.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for the previous three years.
