Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Desk Support Technician to join our team, providing technical support and assistance to our clients.

Requirements

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for clients
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment
Set up and maintain user accounts and permissions
Monitor and maintain network security, including antivirus and firewalls
Provide training and support to clients on various software applications
Document and track all support requests and resolutions in a timely manner
Collaborate with other team members to implement new technology and upgrades
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT support and services
