Job Description
The Deskside Services Technician (Help Desk) is responsible for providing technical support to end users, resolving hardware and software issues, and supporting internal business processes. The role requires a positive attitude, technical expertise, and ability to work independently or collaboratively. This is a key position for resolving IT-related issues and ensuring efficient IT operations.
Requirements
Provide end-user support and resolve IT requests/issues with a professional, helpful attitude.
Install and configure company-approved software.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software issues.
Maintain and support mobile devices through Verizon MDM.
Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory.
Provide technical research and answers to other departments.
Perform regular inventories and asset audits.
Act as a liaison between internal teams and Google-partner accounts.
