Role OverviewAs an IT/Desktop Support Tech I, you will maintain, analyze, install, and resolve first-level desktop computer and computing appliance issues for the organization's end-users. You will report to the Director/IT Infrastructure Services and have no supervisory responsibilities.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include answering questions, providing advice, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and using diagnostic tools and/or troubleshooting procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 1 year of job-related experience, a high school diploma/GED, and a valid state driver's license. You will also need to provide a 7-year driving record from the DMV and have a minimum of 2 years of licensed driving experience.
